Unique feature: A 5,000-square-foot fully operational clean room with filtration capable of simulating environments necessary in computer chip plants or pharmaceutical facilities
Livermore Training Facility
Total area: 30,000 square feet
Training coordinator: Nate Vennarucci
Features: Three technology rooms, American Welding Society (AWS)-accredited welding facility.
Unique features: History Hallway, showcasing artifacts and information on the history of sheet metal training in the Bay Area; open ceilings in all classrooms, exposing a different type of HVAC system in each room; two-story steel structure used to train live job site conditions in a controlled teaching environment.
Fairfield Training Facility
Total area: 45,000 square feet

Features: Certified testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) lab and American Welding Society (AWS)-accredited welding facility
Unique feature: An environmental isolated service room, where temperature can be controlled to emulate heat and cooling loads on several HVAC systems simultaneously
Castroville Training Facility
Total area: 28,000 square feet

Features: An American Welding Society (AWS)-certified welding lab
